There are no stupid questions

Hello Muggles!

There are no stupid questions. You've heard this a lot if you went to any type of school. While there are no stupid questions, sometimes you feel stupid for asking them. Don't!!!

When you're pregnant, you read so many things over the course of your entire pregnancy and everything seems to contradict itself. It's confusing!!! You'll talk to your other pregnant friends and they tell you what they've heard and you end up with about 4 million different bits of information.

Never be afraid to ask your doctor questions!

I repeat, NEVER BE AFRAID TO ASK YOUR DOCTOR QUESTIONS!!

Whether it's your first pregnancy or you ninth, every pregnancy is completely different and the effects that it has on your body can differ a lot!!

While sometimes it's embarrassing to admit certain things or ask some questions, you have to ask them because sometimes something is actually going on. I was just at an appointment where I had to tell my doctor that I was itchy. When you admit certain things, in your head you go over how you are going to present yourself and the possible reactions, they're almost never what happens. Doctors are typically very professional and mine definitely is! She said it was really common and found that I had an infection that needed to be treated but everything is fine. Had I not something, it could have meant further complications down the road.

I am nowhere near an expert when it comes to this whole pregnancy thing, but I just happen to be the ring leader in a slew of my friends getting pregnant all with our first babies; so even though I know about as much as they do, I still get asked a lot of questions. My answer is pretty much always ask your doctor. If you're scared, hesitant or unsure your doctor is only a phone call away. They want the best for you and your baby.
